How Drem Fantasy works
You pick a team of real players for one match, join a contest, and your team scores points from what those players do on the field. Runs, wickets, catches and similar actions all earn points. When the match ends, contest entries are ranked by total points and prizes go to the ranks listed in the contest's prize table.
- Open the Drem app and tap the Fantasy tab.
- Pick a match. Each card shows the teams, the start time, a countdown to the deadline and the prize pool.
- Build your team following the selection rules shown on screen.
- Join a contest and pay the entry fee from your Drem balance.
- Follow the live score in the app. Points update as the match goes.
Drem IPL contests
During the IPL, Drem advertises ₹1 contests this IPL season, ₹15 Crore plus iPhone rewards, over 10 lakh players in a single contest. Its IPL banner also reports ₹497 Cr+ in total verified payouts and lists single winnings above ₹1.8 crore. These figures come from Drem itself.
A ₹1 entry keeps the cost of one team low, but a contest with 10 lakh entries pays only a small share of them, and most teams in a big contest win nothing. Play it for the fun of the match and keep the spend small.
Outside the IPL
The Fantasy tab runs through the year. When we checked on 2026-09-28 it listed an Asian Games men's T20I between India and Afghanistan with a ₹1.10 crore prize pool and an Uttarakhand Premier League match. A Football filter and a cricket predictions feed sit in the same tab.
Three checks before you join a contest
- The prize table. See how many ranks are paid and what the lower paid ranks actually get.
- The lineups. Wait for the toss and the confirmed playing XI where you can. A player who does not play scores nothing.
- Your budget. Decide what the whole match is worth to you before joining several contests. Entries add up fast.
