Where to log in
Three places, and they all lead to the same account. The Drem app on Android. The mobile site, on iPhone or a laptop. And the official page our button opens. That’s the full list. A login page that arrived in a chat, however official the logo looks and however urgent the message around it sounds, is not on that list and never will be.
The login flow
- Open the app or the official site
On Android, open the Drem app you installed from the APK (the current build is version 1.13.f69c). Not installed yet? The Drem game download page has the APK and the install walkthrough. No account yet? Start at Drem register.
- Type the email or number you registered with
The box reads Email/Mobile No. Leave out the country code: ten digits, no leading zero. This has to be what you used at sign-up. A different one is a different account, and Drem’s rule is one account per person.
- Tap Continue and finish the step on screen
Follow what the screen asks for next, and if a code arrives, type it in. The app tends to keep you signed in on your own phone, so you will mostly only meet this screen on a new device.
OTP not received: work down this list
Most of the time the code problem is the phone, the SIM or the network rather than the app. Go in order. Most people are back in by the third item.
- Wait out the timer. Tapping resend before it ends can invalidate the code that was already on its way. Give it the full count.
- Read the number on screen back to yourself. One wrong digit sends your code to a stranger. It happens more than anyone admits.
- Signal. Flick airplane mode on and off. On Jio and Airtel in a basement or a lift, SMS can queue for minutes and then land all at once.
- Right SIM, right phone. On a dual-SIM phone the code goes to whichever number you registered, which may be the one you rarely use. If the SIM is in another handset, that is where the code is.
- Spam and blocked senders. Some Android message apps park short-code SMS in a separate tab. Check it before you resend again.
- Storage full. A phone that cannot save new messages silently drops them. Delete a few old threads and try once more.
- Still nothing after three tries? Stop for ten minutes. Repeated requests can trip a temporary block on Drem’s side. Then try once. If that fails too, hand it to support.
Number changed, SIM lost, phone stolen
Without the details you registered with, the app can’t let you in. Nor should it. The account has to be re-pointed at your new number by Drem’s support team. If the app is still signed in on your phone, use customer service inside it. If not, go through the official site. Support is In-app customer service. Have your ID ready.
Only Drem’s customer service can move a number, and only after checking who you are. Anyone in a Telegram group or a WhatsApp forward who offers to do it faster, for a fee or for your OTP, is lying.
Locked, frozen or “abnormal” account
Only Drem can say why an account is locked. The usual reasons on real-money apps are a second account belonging to the same person, a payment that was reversed, bonus terms being broken, or an ID check that doesn’t match. Ask customer service which one it is and what they need. And don’t pay a “release fee” to anyone who messages you offering to unlock it. There is no such fee.
The OTP rule
Your OTP is the key to the account. No Drem staff member, no “agent” and no website will ever ask you to read it out or type it anywhere except the Drem login screen. If a call or a message asks for it, hang up. Nothing else on this page matters as much as that.
Not sure which app you installed?
Drem and Dream11 are two different apps from two different companies, and the names are close. If your login keeps failing on an account you are sure exists, check which app you opened. The quick tell on Android: the real Drem package name is com.cedm.edmy. Is Drem safe? explains how to check your install in a minute. Your referral code on this site is WWWXXSU4PK.
Drem login questions
What do I log in to Drem with?
The email address or mobile number you registered with, typed without the country code. Tap Continue and follow the step the screen shows next. The app usually keeps you signed in between sessions, so on your own phone you will not see this screen often.
The verification code is not coming. What now?
Wait the full timer before you tap resend; tapping early sometimes cancels the first code. Check the number shown on screen digit by digit. Make sure the SIM is in the phone you are holding and has signal (toggle airplane mode off and on). Then look in your spam or blocked-messages folder. If three codes in a row never arrive, the network is usually to blame. Try again in ten minutes.
I changed my phone number. How do I log in?
If the old number is gone, the account has to be moved by Drem’s customer service. Open the app if it is still signed in and use customer service in the Help section, or reach support through the official site. Expect them to verify that you are the account holder. This is the one login problem that needs a human, so start early rather than on the day you want to withdraw.
Can I log in to Drem on my laptop or on an iPhone?
Yes. The same account works on the mobile website, so on iPhone or a computer you sign in there with the same details. Add the site to your iPhone home screen and it behaves like the app. There is no separate iOS download to look for.
The app says my account is abnormal or locked.
Only Drem’s support team can lift that flag, and they will tell you why it is there. The usual triggers are a second account under the same person or the same bank details, a payment dispute, or bonus terms being broken. Message in-app support and ask what the flag is. Don’t pay anyone who says they can unlock it for a fee. There is no such fee.
Someone messaged me a Drem login link. Is it safe?
Assume not. Sign in only inside the app or through the official site, which is where the button on this page takes you. A link in a WhatsApp forward or a Telegram DM can open a copy of the login screen that harvests your number and code. Nobody from this site or from Drem will ever ask you to read them an OTP.
