One permission is worth reading twice. The app can ask to install packages, which means it can prompt you to install another APK file. Android shows you that prompt first, so read it and decline anything you did not expect. This build was published on 22 October 2026.
How fake copies reach people
- Forwarded APK files. A Drem.apk in a WhatsApp group or a Telegram channel can be the real file, an old one, or a repackaged one with something extra inside. You cannot tell from the icon. The official site, which our button opens, is the only source we stand behind.
- Mirror and “APK download” sites. Many serve the previous build, and several print a version number that has never existed. An old build will usually still run, which is exactly why people don’t notice.
- Look-alike names. Dream11 is a different app from a different company. The quickest tell is the package name:
com.cedm.edmyis Drem. The Drem game download page covers the mix-up. - Fake login pages. A link in a chat that opens a login screen and asks for your number and code. Sign in only inside the app or through the official site. Our login page explains the real flow.
Five scams that use the Drem name
| The pitch | Why it is a scam |
|---|---|
| “Pay me and I will register you with a special code” | Registration is free and takes one form. There is no special code; the code is on this site. Whoever registers you keeps the login. Register yourself in two minutes. |
| “Pay a fee to release your pending withdrawal” | No such fee exists. Payout questions go through Drem customer service, never through a payment to a person. The real causes are on the withdrawal page. |
| “Read me the OTP to verify your account” | The one-time code is the key to your account and the only thing a thief cannot get without you. Nobody from Drem will ever ask for it. |
| “Aviator predictor / hack / signal group, guaranteed profit” | A crash round’s result is fixed before you bet. No app can predict it. These tools are either malware or a paid Telegram group that sells losing tips, and often both. |
| “Customer care number” found on a search result or a poster | Support is inside the app, in the Help section, In-app customer service. A phone number claiming to be Drem customer care is a stranger with a SIM card. |
What keeps your money safe
- Your login stays yours. Never share a password or a one-time code. Nobody gets in without them.
- Your own bank account. Withdraw only to an account in your own name. A thief who gets in should not be able to pay your balance out to someone else.
- A budget you set in advance. Against a bad session, the only thing that works is a limit you set before it started. Ask customer service which limit tools your account has.
- One account, ever. Drem’s rule is one account per person. If you already have one, do not make another for a code.
What safe does not mean
A real app is still a real-money gaming app. Every game carries a house edge, and over enough rounds the expected result is a loss. None of this is a promise of winnings. If playing has stopped feeling like entertainment, open the limits and helplines before you open the lobby again.
Drem safety questions
Is Drem real or fake?
The app is real. What is often fake is the file people install, because copies get passed around on WhatsApp and Telegram and mirror sites serve old builds under the Drem name. The build we read is version 1.13.f69c, 3.7 MB, package name com.cedm.edmy. If yours matches, you have the real app, or a newer one if Drem has shipped an update since.
How do I check that my Drem app is the original?
On Android open Settings, then Apps, then Drem. The version shown should be 1.13.f69c or newer. Tap Permissions: if the app has asked for Contacts, SMS, Camera or Location, it is not the build we read. Delete it and download again from the official site.
Does Drem steal data or read my SMS?
The build we read does not request SMS, contacts, camera, microphone or location permissions in its manifest, so it cannot read those. It does request others: network access, notifications, storage, advertising ID and attribution, and permission to ask to install packages. Any login code you receive by SMS is one you type in yourself.
Is my money safe on Drem?
Three things help. Keep your login details and any one-time code to yourself, because that is what stops someone getting in. Withdraw only to a bank account in your own name, so a thief cannot pay your balance out to themselves. And decide on a budget before a session, not during it. What does not protect it is the games themselves: every game has a house edge and over enough rounds the expected outcome is a loss.
Is Drem legal in India?
Real-money gaming in India is governed both by central legislation (since 2025, and still being litigated and amended) and by each state’s own rules, several of which prohibit online gambling outright. We cannot tell you the position where you live today, and anyone who says it is simple is guessing. Check before you deposit, and if it is prohibited where you are, or you are under 18, do not use the app.
Someone from “Drem” is asking me for money or my OTP. What do I do?
Stop replying. Nobody from Drem will ever ask you for a one-time code, a password, a registration fee, an “activation” fee or a fee to release a withdrawal. None of those exist. If you have already paid, report it at cybercrime.gov.in or on the national helpline 1930, and tell your bank. Then write to us so we can warn others about that specific pattern.
18+ Real-money gaming carries financial risk and is not a source of income. Availability and legality in India depend on central legislation and your state’s rules, and they change. Check before you deposit. Terms and legal position: disclaimer.
