Deposits: the methods
Drem lists bank card and local Indian payment methods for deposits, and withdrawals go back to your linked bank account. The exact options are on the deposit screen in the app:
| Method | How it goes | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Local Indian payment methods | Pick the amount in the app, choose a method from the screen, and approve the payment. | Keep the payment app on the same phone so the hand-off works. |
| Bank card | Enter the card on the payment screen the app opens. | Save the transaction reference until the balance shows. |
Before the first deposit, spend two minutes deciding on a budget. Do it while you’re calm and haven’t lost anything yet. A limit you set after a bad session rarely holds. One you set before it does.
Deposit not showing up
- Wait five minutes
Payment confirmations can trail the debit by a few minutes, especially on a busy evening when every payment app in the country is busy at the same time. Refresh the wallet screen once. Then wait.
- Get the transaction reference
Open the app you paid from and copy the reference number (on UPI it is the 12-digit UTR). Take a screenshot that shows the amount, the time and the status.
- Send both to Drem customer service
Support is In-app customer service. Give them the reference, the amount and the time. That is everything they need to trace it.
- Do not pay again yet
A second payment does not fix the first one, it just gives you two things to chase. Drem says a failed deposit is refunded to the original payment method by the provider.
Withdrawals: your own account comes first
Money goes out to a bank account in your own name. The app is not being difficult. The check is there so that someone who gets into your account cannot pay your balance out to themselves, and if Drem asks for an ID check, every real-money platform that pays out does the same.
Dull advice, but it works. Link your bank account on a quiet evening, well before you need the money, so the first payout is just a payout.
How a withdrawal goes
- Add your payout account
A bank account in your own name. Not your brother’s account, not a friend’s, not the family account that happens to have the money in it, because a name mismatch is a common cause of a rejected payout.
- Check any bonus turnover is finished
If you took a bonus, its turnover requirement has to be complete before the bonus part of the balance becomes withdrawable. The Promos tab shows the terms.
- Request the amount
The withdrawal screen shows the current minimum. Those figures change between campaigns, so we leave them to the app.
- Wait for it to clear
The money goes to your linked bank account. Drem notes that network conditions, holidays and busy match days can slow it down.
Withdrawal failed or pending? The usual suspects
| Cause | How to tell | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The withdrawal failed | The app shows the withdrawal as failed. | Wait and retry, or link a different bank account. Drem’s help names Jio Payments Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, AU Small Finance Bank and Airtel Payments Bank. |
| Name mismatch | The bank name differs from your account name (a missing surname, an initial, a spouse’s account). | Add a payout account in your own full name. A relative’s account is the wrong place to send it. |
| Bonus turnover incomplete | The Promos tab shows turnover remaining. | Finish the turnover, or ask customer service how it applies to your balance. |
| Duplicate account | Support mentions “multiple accounts”. Drem’s rule is one account per person per IP. | Only Drem can resolve this. Be straight with them about how it happened; see the login page. |
| Bank-side delay | Drem shows success; your bank does not show it yet. | Drem says network conditions, holidays and busy match days can slow a payout. Check the next morning, then send customer service the order details. |
Where to get help
Every problem on this page ends up in the same place, Drem customer service inside the app. That team can see your account and trace a payment. The email address on this website can’t do any of that. It’s for the website. If a message claiming to be Drem support asks for money to unblock a payout, it is not Drem. Our contact page spells out which channel is for what, and Is Drem safe? lists the scams that use the Drem name.
Drem deposit and withdrawal questions
How do I deposit money into Drem?
Inside the app, open the deposit screen, pick an amount and a method (bank card and local Indian payment methods are what Drem lists), and approve the payment. Come back and the balance updates. Decide on a budget before the first one.
My deposit went through but the balance did not change.
Give it a few minutes first. Then take a screenshot showing the amount, time and status, copy the transaction reference from your payment app, and send both to Drem customer service. Drem says a failed deposit is refunded to the original payment method by the payment provider. Do not pay a second time to “try again” until the first one is resolved. Never send those details to anyone outside the app.
Why does a withdrawal need my own bank account?
Because the money has to go to an account in the same name as the account holder. It is also what stops someone who got into your account from cashing it out to themselves. Link your own account early, when nothing is riding on it.
How long does a Drem withdrawal take?
There is no single fixed time, and we would rather not print one that turns out wrong for you. Drem notes that network conditions, holidays and busy match days can slow a payout. If one shows success but has not arrived, contact customer service with the order details.
What is the minimum withdrawal on Drem?
The app shows the current minimum on the withdrawal screen itself, and it changes, so that screen is the only reliable source. Any site printing a fixed figure is either out of date or guessing.
Someone offered to release my pending withdrawal for a fee.
That is a scam, every time. There is no fee to release a payout and Drem has no “agents” who push withdrawals through for money. Block the sender and, if you already paid, report it to your bank and to the cybercrime helpline 1930.
